Shrimp with rice Asian style ingredients
Cooking time : 60 minutes
Enough for : 4 people
- Basmati rice: 2 1/2 cups (marinated)
- Onions: 2 tablets (minced)
- Garlic: 5 cloves
- Ginger: 1 tablet (small size)
- Leek: chopstick
- Sesame oil: cup
- Curry seasoning: 3 tbsp
- Flour: 5 tbsp
- Carrots: 2 tablets (chopped)
- Mushrooms: 15 pieces (fresh and chopped)
- Shrimp: 28 tablets (Cleaner)
- Water: 3 cups
- Coconut: 6 tablespoons (powder)
- Butter: 3 tbsp
- Coconut: Can
- Fish: 1 tablespoon (powder)
- Butter: 3 tbsp
- Apple: 2 tablets (chopped)
- Bay leaf: 1 sheet
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander green: 2 stick
How to prepare shrimp rice on the Asian way
1. Season the shrimp with curry and sesame oil.
Fry onions, garlic, ginger, leeks, mushrooms, carrots and apples with sesame oil, stir well and set aside.
2. In a bowl, put the butter and flour to get the roe and then add salt, curry seasoning, fish powder and stir well.
3. Add the water and stir the mixture and then add the coconut powder, and leave the mixture to boil with constant stirring until a cohesive mixture. Leave aside.
4. In a bowl, put sesame oil and fry shrimp until cooked, then add the fried vegetable mixture and stir well.
5. Add the broth (prepared above) and stir well, and finally add the coconut milk.
Soak the rice and drain.
6. In a bowl, put 4 cups of water, bay leaf, salt, pepper and bring to a boil, add the rice and simmer.
7. To serve, pour the rice into a bowl, place the shrimp in the middle and garnish with coriander.
