Pasta with shrimp and sauce ingredients

Cooking time : 30 minutes
Enough for : 4 people

- Shrimp: 120 grams (peeled)
- Parsley: 5 g (finely chopped)
- Carrots: 25 grams (slices)
- Celery: 25 grams (cut into small cubes)
- Red onion: 20 grams (finely chopped)
Garlic: 1 teaspoon (minced)
- Cream cheese: 25 grams
- Basil: 5 g (chopped)
- Tomato sauce: 150 grams (or tomato purée)
- Parmesan cheese: 10 g (grated)
- Cream: quarter cup
- Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons (fresh)
- Pasta: 150 grams (fettuccine)
- Parmesan cheese: to taste

How to prepare shrimp and sauce pasta

1. In a bowl, put two tablespoons of olive oil, red onion and garlic and transfer for one minute.

2. Add the celery and carrots and cook for 3 minutes, then add shrimp and add salt and pepper to season and cook for two minutes

3. Add tomato sauce, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and fresh cream over the shrimp.

4. Add salt and pepper to season again. At this stage you can add lemon juice.

5. Boil the fettuccine to the dente pasta (under done), then take it out of the water and put it in the pan with shrimp sauce and cook the pasta in the same pan.

6. After cooking and preparing the pasta, place in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan, bread sticks and tortilla.
