Shrimp Fajita For diet ingredients
Cooking time : 60 minutes
Enough for : 4 people
Paprika: 2 tbsp (sweet and ground)
- Red pepper: half a teaspoon (ground)
- Cumin: 1 tablespoon (ground)
- Onion powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
- Onions: 1 piece (minced slices)
- Green pepper: Horn (chopped slices)
- Yellow pepper: 1 piece (chopped slices)
- Red pepper: 1 piece (chopped slices)
- Shrimp: 500 g (medium size / detergent and peeled)
- Coriander green: 2 tbsp (fresh and chopped)
How to prepare fajita shrimp for diet
1. Mix paprika, red pepper, cumin powder, onion powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Add half the spices to the shrimp and mix until covered with spices.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add onions, red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers and stir for 5 minutes until tender.
5. Add the rest of the spices mixture and stir and then remove the vegetables from the pan.
6. Add more oil and sauté the shrimp seasoned for 5 minutes, add the vegetables and stir for another 5 minutes until the flavors blend.
7. Serve hot with a pinch of chopped green coriander.
