Ingredients of Grilled steaks for barbecues

- Beef steak: 1 kg (to marinate steak)
- Orange juice: 3 pieces (to marinate steak meat)
- Water: cup (to marinate steak)
- Onions: 2 pieces (to marinate steak meat)
- Salt: to taste (to marinate steak)
- Black pepper: to taste (to marinate steak meat)
- Red pepper: 1 teaspoon (crushed, to marinate steak meat)
- Olive oil: cup (to marinate steak meat)
How to prepare barbecued steak .. For special barbecues
1. Dress the meat well with the previous ingredients.
2. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
3. Grease the meat with a little oil to ensure non-stick and put on the grill or on charcoal until maturity.
4. Lift the steak over the fire and cover it with tin paper to rest, then serve.
