- Ketchup: half a cup
- Onions: 1 piece (minced)
- Chicken fillet: 4 breasts (half cut)
How to prepare grilled chicken with BBQ sauce diet
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix the BBQ sauce, honey, ketchup and onion well.
3. Place the chicken in the oven dish and spread the sauce over the chicken and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
4. Insert the tray to the oven for an hour until cooked.
