The amount of spicy noodles salad with shrimp for diet
Preparation time : 25 minutes
Enough for : 4 people
- laurel paper: 2 sheets- Carrot: 1 grain (small and correct)
- Shrimp: 500 g (cleaned and peeled)
- Noodles: 400 grams
- Canola oil: 4 tbsp (seasoning)
- Honey: 4 tbsp (seasoning)
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon (fresh, finely chopped / seasoning)
- Chilli: 1 teaspoon (dry / seasoning)
- Balsamic vinegar: 4 tbsp (seasoning)
- Rice vinegar: 3 tablespoons (for marinade)
- Soy sauce: 6 tbsp (for marinade)
Garlic: clove (mashed / marinated)
- Red pepper: 1 grain (grilled and sliced / to serve)
- Green onions: 2 tablespoons (spring onion, minced / to serve)
- Coriander green: 2 tablespoons (chopped / to serve)
- Salt: Spray (for serving)
- Black pepper: sprinkle (to serve)
How to prepare spicy noodles salad with shrimp for diet
1. In a saucepan of boiling water container, topped with two bay leaves and a small carrot, boil for 2 minutes. Then, drain the shrimp, and leave in ice water aside.
2. In a saucepan of boiling water and salt, boil the noodles between 3 and 5 minutes. Then, drain the noodles and leave aside.
3. To prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix the oil, honey, ginger, pepper, vinegar, garlic and soy sauce, stirring well. Pour this mixture into a small saucepan, and put the latter on low heat, while continuing to stir until the mixture near boiling. Then, remove the mixture from the fire.
4. Serving: In a large bowl, mix the "noodles", drained shrimp, grilled pepper slices, green onions and coriander. Add the marinade, sprinkle salt and pepper, and stir well.
