- Kebab: 1 kg
- Onions: half a kilo (diced)
- Green pepper: half a kilo (cubes section)
- Cherry tomatoes: a box (cut in half)
- Mushrooms: pack (cut)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley: Low (for garnish)
- Arabic bread: to taste (to serve)
How to prepare grilled kebab with vegetables .. For barbecues
1. Put in a barbecue skewer a piece of meat, then a piece of onion, then a piece of green pepper, then a piece of tomato, then a grain of mushroom.
